I was watching the local news one day and it was talking about a women who wrote a book after loosing one hundred pounds, cleaning her house. She did lunges while vacuuming, push ups, bands, weights while doing dishes, laundry, dusting act. I could not find her book but, I took some exercises I found on the sparks people site, from a book I had and women world. I do this everyday I clean. I feel tighter and very sore. I feel great though. I love the fact I can combine two things at once.
