For a month now I have been walking, some days 1 mile and some days 3 miles, I am not up to where I need to be but it has made a difference. I have a long way to go but mentally I am ready.....

    Thanks for posting this blog. This is a very difficult area for me because I absolutely hate exercising and most days I do not have the energy to walk or do much of anything else. Well, maybe I have the energy, I just don't make myself do it. I have committed to at least 30 minutes for three days a week, but haven't gotten that first walk in yet. I realize that I must change my mindset when it comes to getting and staying active. I will do it today!

Kudos to you for sticking with it for a month!

Well today I weighed in and I am down 9lbs for the month of November. I am very happy and now look forward to accomplishing great progress in December. will keep you posted.


stomach crunches w/weights

Oh my lord. Jesus
I just completed 20 stomach crunches using 5lbs weights with my legs extended in the air for maximum results. Lord oh Lord this was pain, but I made it to 20. I'm so proud right now. This might be simple for some but I need to get back in the groove maybe 50 next round.

GREAT JOB - I have to pat myself on the back.

I guess I did well today. I stayed well in my calorie goals & I did 20 min of Tae Bo ~ very tough because I'm trying to get back in the groove. I have a ways to go but I am proud of myself for the effort. Today my 2 girls joined me while my husband cooked dinner. I am blessed.
