Oh my lord. Jesus
I just completed 20 stomach crunches using 5lbs weights with my legs extended in the air for maximum results. Lord oh Lord this was pain, but I made it to 20. I'm so proud right now. This might be simple for some but I need to get back in the groove maybe 50 next round.
GREAT JOB - I have to pat myself on the back.
