Good start this morning...

Good morning my fellow Spark People! Just a morning reminder to keep your head up today. Do not be discouraged! This morning I woke up in a great mood, I got up early and hit the elliptical, then I made some tuna for lunch and jumped in the shower. Afterwards I got ready for work and fixed a bowl of frosted mini wheats on my way out the door. I ate them while driving to work and stopped at the store to get a bottle of water, I decided to get a V8 Fruit Fusion to up my fruit/veggie intake for the day. My point is one good decision leads to another and then another until before you know it your whole day is a weight loss sucess due to good decisions! But do not be discouraged by a bad or not so good decision, take it for what it is, identify the things in your life that led up to that decision so that you are able to recognize these warning signs at a later time. Then go about your day with trying to make the right decisions about what you eat, or how long you want that daily walk to be today. Keep your head up! We can all do this together and when you feel that all else has failed... PRAY!!!

  


No workout today!

So I am on duty today. This is not good for a few reasons.

1. Lack of sleep
2. No refridgerator to store good for me foods
3. No workout time

I tried to get good things to eat still like tuna and popcorn, water and milk, cereal and lean pockets. Not the best things to eat but it is the best that I can do with no fridge. I will do the best I can today I guess. I will have to be extra careful tomorrow and make sure that even though I am going to be extremely tired I must workout!!!

So here I am back once more to this wonderful site! I have a hard time staying on track with things like this. I get really busy and forget once or twice and then I get discouraged and just stop all together. But I am back again and that is all that matters, right?! So here I go again off to track and workout and eat right! Wish me luck! Any pointers on not falling behind again?

It feels really good to be back into the routine of entering everything I eat, as well as every physical activity. Even if the scale does not move like I want it to, I still feel successful as long as I keep up with my records! I LOVE SPARK PEOPLE!!!

Day Two back on track!

So today makes day two that I am back on track with my SP logs. :) It makes me more concious of what I eat this way. Today for my workout I am going to meet up with a friend at the lake on base and do zumba dance for a good cardio workout! I am pretty excited! I love Zumba! Has anyone tried it? What are you thoughts on the program?
