I did itMonday, September 06, 2010Well I did it. 30 minutes of exercise everyday for 28 days straight. I have come to enjoy the strength training and usually the walking. Sometimes due to physical limitations it is painful to walk for very long or very far but I keep trying which is much better than I have done in the past. I haven't given up and don't intend to. I haven't lost much weight but I think the measurements this month will be really good. ![]()

Well I am done with week #3. I have continued to exercise for at least 30 minutes every day and have tried to stay within my calorie range. I did';t do very good with that this week. I have either been over or under almost every day this week. My goals for the next week is continue to exercise and get and stay within my calorie range.
Thank you everyone for your support and motivating blogs and comments. I would be lost without you all.

Hi! I just wanted to let you know that I'm in my 3rd week just as you have finished yours, so I'm right behind you. You are probably doing better than you think because I see the first few weeks as an adjustment time to learn what we need to do to reach our goals. You are consistently excercising and that is very important. I have found the tracking, esp. the nutritional, is so helpful! I'm getting an idea of what will keep me within both calorie limits and nutritional limits but that I enjoy, cuz I have a looong way to go yet.
