Well I did it. 30 minutes of exercise everyday for 28 days straight. I have come to enjoy the strength training and usually the walking. Sometimes due to physical limitations it is painful to walk for very long or very far but I keep trying which is much better than I have done in the past. I haven't given up and don't intend to. I haven't lost much weight but I think the measurements this month will be really good.
