Yesterday we were expecting major hail. It looks like mother nature just wanted to get us wet and spared us from being pelted by hail. That works for me.
Yesterday I went to yoga class and again had the best time. I enjoyed it so much and missed it so much from last week that I actually woke up early to do a 20 minute yoga routine. It is truly amazing how stiff my body is when I just get out of bed. I tried to do a forward fold in the beginning of my morning routine and couldn't believe that I could hardly fold over.
I talked to my yoga teacher last night who is also a personal trainer and nutrition coach about my goals with food. She gave me tons of great suggestions and told me to try them for 2 weeks. She said if I'm not happy with the results then to go back to doing what I was doing.
I will give a full report at the end of the 2 weeks with her suggestions.
Tonight I was supposed to walk, but it is still raining. I'm crossing my fingers and hope the rain goes away because I would much rather walk today than row. My hips are sore from yoga last night and I would rather stretch them out with a walk instead of cramp them up on my row machine.
