I don't really know if I should worry about my BMI. I am at 25.8 afterI have lost 17 lbs. I haven't lost anything for awhile now but then I haven't gained anything either. I checked a site that had you also put in your waist measurement, height and weight and it estimates that I'm at 13% body fat. I guess I would like to get that under 10% but I don't know if that's going to happen.


Stuck at the same weight!

Not much happening on the weight loss front. I'm still about 20 lbs. from my goal but I could live at this weight. If I could lose 20 lbs, I probably would do alot better at the Senior Games in June but I'm still trying to rehab a hamstring tear from last year and the sprinting is just not there yet. I might end up running the longer races just so I don't get hurt again.

    I hit a plateau a couple of months ago that lasted 4 weeks. Then, I lost 4 pounds in one week! Be patient with your body. I measured myself during that time and saw the inches lost, that really helped me through the plateau. The scale isn't the only measure of success.

since you have increased your exercise have you adjusted your calorie intake as well?
