If I wasn't getting points for this, I sure wouldn't be doing it. Okay, here we go . . .

I guess my journey so far has been good. I've had a lot of trouble over the last few months, but I think I got my mojo back. I joined the Done Girl Team, and was lucky enough to get put on the Pixies and Imp Team. They have taught me CICO, which is "calories in-calories out.

But, Brenda has been there for me from the beginning. Through thick and "thin", and hopefully much thinner. So anybody dumb enough to be reading this, get yourself a buddy that you can lean on, someone that's there for you on the good days and bad days both. It's almost like a marriage. I love you Brenda ! ! !

I really love the "Irish To Be Thin" Team. Everybody is always so upbeat and energetic. Being a part of this team has pushed me this week. I want to do good for the team. That's the only reason for this blog.

I exercise 6 days a week and stay within my calorie range 6 days a week.

March Madness Goals

1. I will take off at least 1 lb each week.
2. 48 oz of my liquid will be straight water, probably on the rocks.
3. I will exercise at least 30 min everyday.
4. I will post everyday.
5. I will start each day with a positive affirmation.
6. "Write It Before You Bite It" Probably the most important thing for me.
