    I love your flowers. I decided to get measuring cups that are all on a ring .. and then I put the ring on a cabinet door knob or a drawer knob. Sometimes after I was them I forget to put them up right away but I find I use them more often when I see them :)

    I definitely think that adding music to your workout helps to motivate you and keep you moving. I have created a Pandora station on my iphone called "New Attitude" that I listen solely to when I work out. It really does "pump me up". Thank you for your suggestions.

    I love to dance to music at home for exercise... I also like to do my strength training to music. When I walk or jog outside I am too paranoid to wear headphones or ear buds. I have to be able to hear every footstep, every animal noise, and every car around me .. lol. Sometimes I will just listen to music through my phone without head phones.. that way I can still hear everything that is going on around me. If I am indoors.. definitely love to have the music going :)

    I'm sorry to hear of your food issues! But you are not alone! I have similar "negotiations" in my head about the menu and it never ends well. :( I have no advice - except to eat out less and less (my ideal is to eat out once a month for and expensive "date night" but we're still having 3+ meals out a month)

As a note about posting pics of your food: I believe that positive emotions trump negative emotions every time. By this I mean that pride trumps guilt. Rather, focus on the Good choices you are making (which you are making STACKS of!) and the poor decisions will fade away. So, please don't do it to guilt yourself into eating better. Rather, "show off" your good choices! The positive feedback is more inspiring than the negative "boo you shouldn't have eaten that" feedback you would hope to get.

For example when you started, did you jump in and say " I will eat ZERO cookies". No, you said I will eat 8 servings of veggies and fruits. Instead of NO SODA you said I will have 10 glasses of water.

I am glad you are deciding to look at this new week fresh with lots of good choice potential! We're routing for you!

Today is my 6 month Sparkversary and healthversary!! (I found SP the very day that I decided to turn my life around). Soooo excited that I've made it this far for the first time in my LIFE. This is for good...this IS for life.
