Hi SparkFriends! I know I disappeared from SparkPeople about 6 months ago, but my journey didn't stop then. Life just got insane at that point and I simply couldn't keep up with SP on top of everything else.

I'm going to try to be more active on SP now...I might even start tracking here again instead of on MyFitnessPal!

    I like this idea. I allow myself two days a week when I'm not concerning myself with calories so much ... but it bothers me to mentally designate them as "cheat days" when they're NOT cheating. They're planned. But I do like calling them "20% days" instead. Think I'm adopting this idea. Enjoyed your blog!

So Much Good to Report

So as you may have read in my last blog post on here, I had decided to put more effort into my weight-loss blog. I have moved it to a new home, and I am quite pleased with the results! It can now be found here:

It feels weird to say there's so much good to report when I've actually GAINED 7.4 pounds in the last 2 weeks, but I'm really very happy with my blog, and am feeling pretty optimistic about my journey's future.
