kick that tired feeling!!

How the heck do I do it!! I'm so tired right now, I don't wanna do anything, But I know I need to do something or I feel lazy, Any ideas or motivation?? Please and thank you!

    im going to try eating more frutis and veggies, thanks so much! the doctor checked my iron, and it was perfect. i think its me and the sun and plus being bored all the time doesnt help. but thanks so much, i will try to suggestions :)

    The heat certainly can be something that drains your energy!!!

I can relate to how you're feeling!

Have you had a checkup with your doctor recently and had blood work done? I found out I was anemic and was put on iron.

Aside from that, the things that have helped me feel better are reading my Bible and praying more, getting at least 7 hours of sleep, getting in at least 8 glasses of water, exercising, and following a well-balanced diet. I do my best to get in at least 5 servings of fruits/veggies daily and plenty of protein.

Focusing on positive things in your life, reassessing your goals, and listening to some great music might also help.

I hope you will feel better soon and that you'll have a productive, fun-filled weekend!

    Have you tried taking a b-12 vitamin? They usually work for giving me energy, OR 5 hour energy if you wanna get straight to the energy.

Is legit, the hardest thing ever. All I want to do is eat eat eat, but I cant. I want to be happy in my skin, and feel beautiful. advice?

    I feel the same way. But I found that when I feel like just eating everything it's because I'm bored. I find those are the best times to go take a walk, after I feel incredibly good for walking instead of eating something unhealthy. Or if you do really feel like eating, instead of cookies( which are my weakness) I eat carrots. Hang in there!! You can conquer cravings!! emoticon

    Hang in there.... it does get better. I have lost 60 lbs since Nov. 2011. I don't have the cravings anymore and exercise is second nature. emoticon
