Well that last few weeks have been very hard. I haven't worked out as much as I should and I feel like I've been eating everything in sight. I attended a wonderful wedding that happened to have a ton of delicious food. Later that night I went with my family to a bon fire and ate a ton more delicious food.....so I'm feeling somewhat like a failure. I'm going to get back on track this week though. I even took an extra day off work to get my but in gear and work out.
I made progress today though. I did go to the gym and do some cardio. Tomorrow I plan on doing my strength training program. So though I feel of the wagon this week I'm hopping right back on and not giving up.
