So I'm beginning this journey into a new lifestyle so that I will be able to live a long happy and healthy life. I think that this site will help to motivate me to learn from my past mistakes(and upcoming ones too) and steer me into the right direction when it comes to food, fitness, and my overall well-being. These first couple of days have been difficult, but tomorrow is a new day and I plan to treat it as though it is my first on this program. I really enjoy that fact that unlike fitday.com (the other site like this one) this site is very user frindly and it provide a ton of resources for free. It actually tells you what to aim for in terms of fat, carbs, caloric, and protein intake. Which was also something fitday lacked. I'm excited to start this and I want this to work. I know it will not be very easy but I intend to try to at least accomplish the small goals in the beginning even if I cannot achieve the large ones off the bat. I know that in life small changes can lead to BIG RESULTS!
