I am long overdue in posting my results from Insanity. Sorry no pics!
Left Arm: 11.5 Right Arm: 11.75
Bust: 35 Waist: 30.5
Left Thigh: 22 Right Thigh: 22.75
Hip : 45
Left Calve: 13 Right Calve: 12.75

Okay so I'm sure somebody is wondering how many pounds did I shed!!! I released 4 pounds! Trust me, I know my nutrition played a big part in that. But to note I gain about 6 pound (muscle) and then the scale was decreasing and then it stopped!!!
Initially, I was a bit down on myself thought that I could have done better.
I completed INSANITY!!!! I wear that badge with honor and pride (should have taken pics for my shirt)!
This was no walk in the park! But you know what, it is not as bad as one may perceive it to be. Yes it is completely INSANE, but it is doable if you have no injuries.
Trust me if I can, anyone can. I still can't get over that I did it, better yet completed it!

Not comparing myself to anyone! Staying in my lane and proud of the progress from day 1 to 63 (no its not 60 days)!
For anyone interested in trying it, try it. I am a fan. My endurance and strength has improved. I have improved in so many exercises (I can do full out push ups, non stop)!
But anyhow, I am now going to restart P90X as I am now not afraid of muscle gain.
In the new year I plan to do another another round of Insanity combined with P90X.
All the best to those starting a new program, not just Insanity. To you I say keep doing it, YOU CAN! Such a great feeling to say I DID IT!!
P.S. I didn't miss a day (even when I did not feel like doing it or dreading it)!
