Doing badly this weekend...kinda fell off the wagon
Dropped 7 lbs when I checked in on Friday but after this weekend's excess...probably gained 10lbs
Think I'll avoid weighing in until wednesday
Got new cholesterol numbers back, still high side 223. Must keep working on it

Don't get discouraged! I too, fell off the wagon this weekend but decided that Monday is a brand new day and I will pick up where I left off. At least you have logged into to SP so you haven't fallen far......pick yourself up and be positive for tomorrow! Everyone needs a small break every now and then. Just try real hard to not fall off again for a while and you will be fine....keep up the good work! I have faith in you........YOU CAN DO IT!!!! Be positive........keep the negative Nancy out of your life. emoticon

Had 2220 cal so I'm over by 700+
So much harder than I remembered. Got to focus on eating when I'm hungry, not when I'm upset. It's been a trying day and I'm looking forward to the end of it.

Maybe try increasing your proteins, you'll stay full longer and be less likely to "munch" because your hungry. I know that helps me...a hard boiled egg around 3 keeps me satisfied until supper time.

Good luck to you! I envy the amount of exercise your able to do so quickly! I'm only up to a 30 minute mile (walking)....we'll get there!
