Holiday eating can be a challenge. That is why this week's challenges are for helping us eat healthy freggies and eating those not so healthy naughty foods in moderation. Some of us find it hard to eat just one piece or one helping.
So lets eat some veggies
and those fruits.
Then let's go for the Half-Off Special on those not so healthy naughty foods.
That could be mashed potatoes and gravy.
Or it might be some delicious pie.
While you are watching those portion sizes and eating your veggies and fruit, be sure to have a wonderful, fun holiday.
