1 CUP SUGAR FREE HOT COCOA W/ FAT FREE WHIPPED TOPPING
CHEESE, RICOTTA AND SPINACH STUFFED JUMBO SHELLS, TOPPED WITH PASTA SAUCE AND SAUTEED MUSHROOMS. 1 CUP GREEN BEANS SIDE
BAKED GRANNY SMITH APPLE, TOPPED WITH FAT FREE VANILLA FROZEN YOGURT, 1 TBLS ALL BRAN BUDS & FAT FREE WHIPPED TOPPING

DAY ONE - making a plan and sticking to it
1 slice toast
1 fried egg
2 slices turkey bacon
salt, pepper & thyme
1 whole wheat pita w/
2 slices roast beef lunch meat
1 wedge light laughing cow cheese
lettuce, tomato, red onion
1/2 cup grapes on side
1 snack bag 94% fat free kettle corn popcorn
1 pack sugar free hot cocoa w/
1 serving whipped topping
3 Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with
1/3 cup cooked spinach
1/4 cup 2% mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup 2% ricotta cheese
1/2 cup pasta sauce
3 sauteed mushrooms
1/2 cup green beans on the side
1 lrg granny smith apple peeled, diced and baked w/
splenda, & cinnamon
1/2 cup fat free vanilla frozen yogurt

well my new years resolutions this year are
~ Stop nibbling on left overs on kids plates, snack foods in cabinet, dinner as I am making it, samples at Sam's club on Saturday when I'm shopping, and any other non meal food.
I am planning on making a point to plate everything I eat and sit down to eat it.
~ Plan out my meals
I am going to make a plan for a week - 2 weeks worth of meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks and then stick to that plan. I got a special calendar with a section for meal planning to help carry out this plan.
~ make exercise a habit again
I think this and the nibbling will be the hardest out of the three. I have gotten really slack a$$ in the past few months. I am planning on joining the YMCA in January though so that should give me a little extra motivation to start working out again. I want to incorporate more swimming into my workouts, I really love swimming and the Y has an indoor pool. Im excited about that.
