I woke up this morning and I was not planning on getting up... I was gonna sleep in. I had to pee really bad though because of all the water I have been drinking. I thought I was getting in 8 cups before... I dont think I was though. I thought the glass I had been drinking out of before was 2 cups but it wasent, only like a cup and a half. and I dident get 4 full glasses in sometimes. I started using my nalgen bottle though, which is 32oz and just focusing on drinking 2 of them a day. I have made my goal 2 days in a row with an extra cup of tea to boot... so thats 9 cups of water each day. crystal clear pee lol.
enough about that.... anyway.... I got up and went to the bathroom... hubby was in the shower talking to me. I was looking in the mirror while I was washing my hands and noticed how slim my upper arms were. I lifted my arm up and tightened my muscle up and it was looking pretty good. Hubby then stepped out of the shower and I said look at my arms and showed him and he said something (I cant remember what... prob something along the lines of, they are definatly not like they use to be).... and I smacked the bottom of right my arm to show him my "batwing" was much smaller now. (for anyone who dosent know, batwing is that hangey skin under your arms.... which I have been plauged with since losing weight)....
IT DIDN'T JIGGLE! My mouth just kinda fell open and I started smacking the bottom of my arm again. "where did it go???" "look at that sh*t!!)
I started looking in the mirror inspecting my arm and found that when I tighted the muscles in my arms the bottom dident jiggle at all.... and when I dident tighten them, it only kinda moved once on the right side just because I hit it and on the left it jiggled a very small amount.
Before when I would do that it would look like a jello mold... would swing back and forth a few times before comming to a wobbly stop.
I know some of you might be saying .... what do you expect, you have lost a crap load of weight, you should have expected this to happen. But you see my arms were so bad before...(Im talking I shrunk and the skin stayed the same size).... that I thought they would always be like that and I would be stuck in sleves forever... unless of course I got surgery which I would not be able to afford.
I was so happy I desided not to go back to bed.
If my arms can tighten up like this though, that really gives me alot of hope for the rest of my body (chest excluded... they are too bad) .... My stomach and my thighs are kinda bad as far as loose skin goes but if my arms can go from where they were to where they are now then maybe there is hope for them. I know my stomach will always be stretch marked but I can deal with that.
A big thank you to The biggest loser the workout.... the strength portion really kicked my arms into shape. :-)

Breakfast - 1/2 cup grape nuts, 1/4 cup thawed frozen blueberries, tsp splenda, 1/2 cup 1% milk...... 1 serving moca latte mix (50cal) - 325
I got some grapenuts this week and you dont get alot per serving ... 1/2 cup for 200 calories... but they really fill you up and I love the crunch of them. Really enjoying them.
Lunch - pasta salad w/ whole wheat rotini, frozen peas, parmesan cheese, shredded carrot & light italian dressing..... yoplait light yogurt - 339
Snack - bagel thin w/ 1 tbls 1/3 less fat cream cheese - 145
Dinner- 1 homemade veggie burger w/ sliced american cheese on 80 cal wheat bun w/ lettuce, light mayo & 1/4 avocado......... potato wedges made by cutting a potato in wedges dipped in water, shaking them in a ziploc bag w/ 1 tbls flour. spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray and bake in the oven for 25 minutes...... green beans...... 1/2 large deli pickle - 565
Snack- tostidos baked scoops w/ 2 tbls salsa, 1/4 diced avocado & 2 tbls light sour cream - 324
Total Calories Eaten - 1698
