Well I dont work out today... ahhh thats a good feeling. I am quite proud of myself for this week though... I exercised my a$$ off this week and dident skimp on anything that I planned for myself, in fact I went above and beyond by doing an hour more exercise then I planned for.
Today is my weigh in day and I was hoping for big numbers with all the work I have been doing. In the end I pulled a 1.3 pound loss. hmm, well its not 3 pounds but I will take it and I have to realize that I have been doing that biggest loser workout video all week and in one video there is alot of weight training and in the other, even though its cardio there is alot of squats and lunges which works your leg muscles.... So I am assuming that I have prob gained a little bit of muscle this week.... I have to account for that.
1.3 is great though. I currently weigh 195.1 .... thats the lowest I have been so far... every number below 220 is the lowest I have been since I was in high school. I remember the last time I was 195, I was in 11th grade and I weighed myself and then looked at myself in the mirror and I said "Im not that bad.... Im kinda cute".... I was finally kinda likeing my body for the first time ever.... then I met my first serious boyfriend who treated me like crap and ballooned up to 300 pound in a year. grrr! Oh well, I cant blame this on anyone eles and I cant change the past. I just have to change who I am now. .... I only wish my body looked now like it did then when I was 195... totaly not the same body, lol. Oh well... hopefully all the crunches will help that.
You know I have noticed that my skin is firming up some since starting to do more exercises with weights. My arms in particular are less loose, which gives me so much hope... they were at the point where when I put down my arm in a tank top, the skin wrinkled up at the bottom :-P blah. Its dosent really do that now... Hell yeah! Happy me.
Ok I took some measurments today and compared with last month the numbers are looking really really good. It just goes to show you that you cant use the scale as your only measure of success.

Not bad at all.... I was really shocked at the difference in my Thighs... must be all the squats and lunges. lol.
Well I hoping to stay strong with the exercise this comming up week and have another excelent week like this one. Maybe without all the eating out though .... I prob would have pulled a bigger number if I had not gone out to eat twice last week.
