Week 1 of Spark Solution! Woohoo!

Week one of spark solution complete! Feeling awesome! I can officially say I am rewarding myself with success! My clothes fit better. I truly feel amazing! lots of energy. Lost a total of 5.8 lbs and made an official entrance into onederland by only .2 but in & movin forward!

I have found the program easy to follow and easy to modify when needed! I have substituted meals and exercising when necessary but followed the guideline of the set plan. I decided to follow the program because it was time to beat hypothyroid in the butt and not use it as an excuse to not lose weight.

Best advise has been NO REGRETS!

Week 2 goal! Keep it going!

Day 1 Spark Solution

No regrets! Best words of advise for me!!

Completed day 1 of the spark solution.... Wow! I must say I am feeling amazing... I am also in week 3 of my healthy lifestyle restart with a healthy you program as well; weighing in today was so encouraging as it totalled a loss of 9.2 lbs in 3 weeks! I am winning the battle over hypothyroid. It will not define me!

Adding in the mental notes on how to change the mind set is key for me! Mind over matter! Sounds simple but when that mind likes to play games over the matter, totally different game. No regrets!!!! Moving on, moving forward!

Week 2 of 28 day program!

I must say I feel amazing! I have already lost 10lbs & I am doing this! I can do this!

I know that this will be my turning point! I am using my treadmill doing Interval walk/run... working at adding in the weight training & food on track~ Eating Clean! Whohoo! My PMS should be kicking in full blown but I still feel hormonally balanced! Whohoo! emoticon

September Goals

My Goals for September

1. Run 3 days a week; increasing my distance.

2. Clean eat no less than 14 clean meals/week.

3. Sign in daily to Sparkpeople, again with consistency not perfectly.

4. Lose 5% on the scale!

5. Complete the 30 day EA Active Challenge.

6. To not let work stress get me; as this will be the month of our big move next door into our new location.
