I do cardio every day, strength training every other day and am watching what I eat most of the time. I just weighed myself and I weigh MORE than I did a month ago (and it's not muscle mass - my waist is bigger too). I guess I'm just not destined to have the healthy body I really want. Wish I had a motivational friend, but no one I know wants to lose weight. GAHHHHH
