feel really bleh today. i worked out a little... ran 2 miles so at least the day wasn't a waste. but sundays are soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo boring. omg i don't know what it is about this day but it's boring.

so that boredom got me sad about the fact that i dont' have a real job yet. and there's some other things that are getting me down too. thankfully i haven't decided to eat as entertainment. i still have 40 pounds to lose

without getting on the scale i don't understand what it means??!!! ugh i hate being dependent on the scale. but on the other hand and if i get on that scale and it didn't move i would be so pissed. alas, i didn't get on the scale today

i jogged two miles and plan to do it again this evening along with a little weight lifting.. that should do the trick... and all i have to do is repeat that for as long as it takes

well alright, i went into jcpenney and tried on a size 14 pants and they were loose!!!!! went back for the 12s and OMG they fit.

Crossing over

Day by day I find little things that let me know I am crossing over into "skinnydom". I looked at my arms and chest the other day and they look small. I look down where my huge belly used to be and that's small. I get compliments from people all the time and even a guy or two has hit on me recently. It's so weird I am not used to this stuff. I can't beleive it but one day I am not going to be big.

I used to make new year resolutions. I am going to do this or not do that. But I came to see that it was really just procrastination. To me especially with fitness and weight loss, if I can't do it today, then I cannot do it at all.

What is so special about the 1st? There's 24 hours in each day - each year -and the best time to change is NOW.

Too bad it took me 34 years to figure that out.
