Down to 136. Think I was here before. Think I am over my obsession with the scale...no longer allowing myself to be ruled by the scale....good day if I lost and bad day if I gained. I find that what I eat, if I retain water, etc. shows on the scale. Does NOT mean I am gaining weight. Temporary. 'freedom from the scale'.

Wow, five weeks now. Down one pound a week...slow and steady. Aargh. I want to see more weight loss but feel healthy and good. I know, know that I need to exercise but.....
Six pounds to go.....
