It's Monday...and as usual, I am lazy...Monday's are always the hardest days for me to get motivated..I'll clean up, eat, take my walk, and clean the house...theres just something about Mondays that make me sleeeepy!!...I wonder if anyone else suffers from Mondayism??

Today my boyfriend and I are going to buy a scale..I promise to only weigh myself once a week..on Sundays. I can see how addicting it can be along with the obsession of weighing oneself over and over through out the week...i hope to never do this!!

Vitamin D

I don't get vitamin D in my parts very often. I live on the Oregon coast and it's usually very overcast even in the summer months!!~..My friend Nicole woke me up this morning with a cup of coffee, a smile and fun in the sun..we did our morning walk on the beach, and topped the day off with a 2nd shot of VIT D by fake n bake'n...i feel sun kissed...Thanks Mr. Sunshine!!

    Vitamin D is very important to your health. Also, drink things fortified with with vitamin D and consider a daily supplement. Get as much emoticonas possible. Wear sunscreen, though.

Since you are just starting out ... just a few pointers that work for me... remember that little victories add up to great successes ! Celebrate those little victories- they are so worth it & it will make you feel great ! Take one bite at a time !
