8. Feelings: Happy that my weight gain from yesterday was mostly bloat. Feeling a little binge-y, but staying strong. Feeling like lounging and reading instead of lifting, but I'm sure I'll feel better afterwards.

10. How I will hit my planned weight loss given weight and deficit: Running tomorrow. Will eat only half my portion at my work lunch tomorrow... take the rest home for another meal!
11. Two weight-loss and one other success from the day: Skipped the work party to avoid the cake temptation. Cut out the chocolate snack after I had a little bit extra for dinner. Did my lifting when I wanted to read instead... I can read more tomorrow!
