Almost one week into August!

Goal weight of the week: sub 130
Goal weight for the month: sub 125 by August 31

1. Calories eaten: 1279
2. Daily calorie deficit (from the Reports): -1079
3. Week to date calorie average: 1464
4. Week to date deficit: -4620
5. Exercise done: 5 miles this morning, circuit training
6. Hours of sleep: 6.5
7. Weight: 132.0 (24.6%)
8. Feelings: A little more productive today. Feeling like my weight is starting to make sense, as the lunch/salt made it go up today.
9. Calories planned for the next day: 1284+maybe 100 (snack)
10. How I will hit my planned weight loss given weight and deficit: Running tomorrow. Eating in the lower end of my calorie range to get back on track. Don't get discouraged if the water weight is not off yet tomorrow morning.
11. Two weight-loss and one other success from the day: Ate in the low end of my calorie range. Had a good workout. Am at peace with my daily activities and weight fluctuation.
12. One vision of my goal: washboard stomach

Goal weight for the month: sub 125 by August 31

1. Calories eaten: 1644
2. Daily calorie deficit (from the Reports): -498
3. Week to date calorie average: 1434
4. Week to date deficit: -2524
5. Exercise done: 5 miles this morning
6. Hours of sleep: 6.5
7. Weight: 130.2 (24.3%)
8. Feelings: General sadness throughout the day... PMS. Nervous about the food that I had at a restaurant for lunch and at a breakfast meeting, afraid that I will have a significant weight gain tomorrow. Feeling slightly more positive after allowing myself to read this evening and throwing productivity out the window, but slightly guilty at that last part also.
9. Calories planned for the next day: 1244
10. How I will hit my planned weight loss given weight and deficit: Running tomorrow and doing my lifting... no slacking. Eating slightly less to compensate for today's overeating. More fiber and water to get rid of the inevitable bloat tomorrow... don't let it get me discouraged!
11. Two weight-loss and one other success from the day: Did not give in to binging even though the day started with a lot of food. Kept my dinner portion small. Listened to my feelings and allowed myself a relaxing non-food treat.

5. Exercise done: 5 miles this morning, circuit training
6. Hours of sleep: 6
7. Weight: 131.2 (24.3%)
8. Feelings: Happy that my weight gain from yesterday was mostly bloat. Feeling a little binge-y, but staying strong. Feeling like lounging and reading instead of lifting, but I'm sure I'll feel better afterwards.
9. Calories planned for the next day: 1260
10. How I will hit my planned weight loss given weight and deficit: Running tomorrow. Will eat only half my portion at my work lunch tomorrow... take the rest home for another meal!
11. Two weight-loss and one other success from the day: Skipped the work party to avoid the cake temptation. Cut out the chocolate snack after I had a little bit extra for dinner. Did my lifting when I wanted to read instead... I can read more tomorrow!
12. One vision of my goal: Having my hip bones be wider than my thighs

5. Exercise done: 5 miles this morning
6. Hours of sleep: 6.5
7. Weight: 134.8 (25.5%)
8. Feelings: Still a little sore. Discouraged at weight gain. Out of place today at work. Bloated.
9. Calories planned for the next day: 1279
10. How I will hit my planned weight loss given weight and deficit: Running and lifting tomorrow. Having a slightly lower calorie day since it seems I underestimated on Sunday
11. Two weight-loss and one other success from the day: Did not eat brownies from the break room at work. Did not have food at the networking reception. Had a productive but refreshing lunch break at work.
12. One vision of my goal: looking slimmer in the stomach area when viewed from the side

    You seem to have it all together, that's for sure! I like how you think and plan ahead and reflect. True dedication there girlie! Your gonna reach your goals without battin' an eye!

8. Mood: Sore. A bit of anxiety about overeating... hard to estimate restaurant
9. Calories planned for the next day: 1343
10. How I will hit my planned weight loss given weight and deficit: Running tomorrow. Stick to plan and see how the scale reacts in the next few days
11. Two weight-loss and one other success from the day: Did not have snack mid-day. Did not have extra dessert after I got home. Started to relax this weekend.
