3/16: Here's yesterday's report:
1.) Plan out my foods for the rest of the week
This was done on Day 1.
2.) Stay within calorie range EVERY day
Another great day. I seem to be hovering around 1500 every day. 1486 calories -580 differential.
Saturday may be a challenging day. We are going out shopping and then to lunch.
3. Do 30 minutes of cardio EVERY day
Did 20 minutes on the elliptical at the gym and then 45 minutes of WIO. DH and I have an informal challenge on steps so he joined me while for my time on the Wii. I wonder if he'll continue this.
4. Do Strength Training 3 days this week.
It was lower body day. My favorite... NOT! Did 2 sets of walking lunges w/ weights, squats w/ weights, leg presses, leg curls, and legs extensions - all at 40lbs.
Today's Score 100%
Stepped on the scale today (just to see) and I see some downward movement. I am happy with this and the momentum I have right now.
On another note, I went shopping because I had a 30% off coupon and bought two pairs of pants that don't fit right now. I can zip them but not button them. I believe if I lose 5lbs that they will fit so trying them on weekly and reporting on my progress may become part of my blogs.
Hubby asked me if I could return them.
Glad to hear that many of my friends are doing this with me. There is strength in numbers!

Nobody said it was going to be easy and they are right. You are doing it right and keep doing it and you will fit into those new purchases of clothes. Congratulations to you.

You are doing a great job with this! Good luck over the weekend... I know you can do it! I also always have some article of clothing that almost but not quite fits and I try it on religiously each week as a way to gauge progress. It's so much fun when I can finally wear it! Way to go. I'm sticking to my goal too. I have done strength training two times. I need to fit 1 more in tomorrow for my goal! We can do this1
