I've been tracking the usual - food and calories and the other day my trainer came up with something new: balance. On WiiFit you can do a simple test that measures your weight, bmi, and balance every day. I care about the first two but not every day. The balance is something that I am going to track every day.
I've noticed that some days my balance is better than others.
I've only tracked it two days but on Friday i was leaning more to the right and today I was almost perfectly balanced. I'm wondering if it's because I went to PT yesterday and she stretched out my hamstrings a lot. Not sure so I'm going to track my activities too and see if any patterns develop.
My major accomplishment for today? I cleaned my home office. I got rid of a printer, moved some other things around. Threw out a lot of stuff and I can actually see the top of the computer table. LOL! I still have some work to do but it looks so much better and I actually don't get stressed coming into the room. Another win!
Definitely more work to be done in the house, still going through Mom's stuff but definitely making progress.
Sleeping better and looking better. The bags under my eyes are looking better.
