Today will be A-M-A-Z-I-N-G; I feel it. So why not start the awesome day with 20 mins cardio and ST; chest and triceps!!!
Y`all are so cool, I can`t even slack off.
Late update: I made it to the gym around 11 am and the gym was packed (yes, I woke up around 10 am ), so I decided to change from chest/tris to legs because I easily lose focus when doing chest/triceps. Anyways, I increased my leg press to 65 lbs from 60 lbs after dong 2 warm ups sets. I'm so happy I added warm up sets to my routine, it has increased my intensity.
And as I said before, I added walking lunges with 5 lbs dumbbells. I was going to chicken out and not do it, but I didn't. Yay me!!!! Lunges are a great addition to any workout, at first I had a problem tracking which leg was next but after the 1st set I got a hang of it. I will keep using the 5 lbs until my form is nearly perfect, I'm rushing nowhere. I was breathing so hard and some high school students were staring at me...
I decided not to do stair climbs for cardio yesterday because of shin splints. I've had this occasionally for years now and it is so painful. Instead I took a walk from school to my friend's house, which lasted more than 20 mins.
I worked hard!!!!
I've got the power!!!!!!!
