Workout Rut...

Hey There,
I'm in serious need of some new workout ideas... I'm getting bored and that's when I usually quit. I hate running on the treadmill (so as long as you avoid that, I'll try anything).
Please help me!

    Thanks AllieAllie2! Some of my friends have been trying to get me to go to Zumba, I guess I could try it. I've never tried a kettlebell workout but I've heard they can be tough... maybe I'll give it a shot anyway.

    How about a kettlebell workout dvd? I like the Jillian Micheals Shred it with weights its a tough one though :)

Or in my opinion when all else bores you try ZUMBA!!

Long Week

This week has been really long. But I found it rewarding! The gym is slowly becoming my friend again and I am happy with my progress. I know that I'm not really keeping up with the blogging end of everything but I am trying to focus on my goals. Thank you for continued support! And you're all doing great working towards your goals, BE PROUD OF YOURSELF! emoticon


Looking For Some Support

Okay. So I'm really gonna try hard this time to stick with it. I mean I have decided that I have a gym routine but I get bored. So any ideas on switching it up would be great!
I love the elliptical but I just feel like I do the same thing every time. I also started running outside but PA winters are rough and not all days are good for being outside, I hate the cold. I don't really like to run on the treadmill.... I know that I should just get over it but I really can't.

Anyway, I've been going to the gym pretty religiously since I came back to school this semester (2 weeks and counting). I'm really proud of myself. I need to work on the eating habits but they will get there.

Basically, I just need some moral support to help me keep going. And any tips on new fun things would be great.
