This morning was a toughie, but I only hit snooze twice...still out of bed by 5, but that meant full speed ahead to get everything done and be at work by 7. Only got in 10 mins of fitness, a new routine (the new ones always make me sweat). This one involved ALOT of balance - I balance okay on the right side, but let's just say I'm a little unbalanced (more than one person would say that)! Must have been going too fast though when planning breakfast, luch, and snack for the day....probably should have enterred it on the planner. On any other day it would have been good, but tonight I have to take my sis to Dog N Suds for her birthday dinner and they aren't exactly known for their healthy eating options. Oh well, Birthdays only happen once a year and next week is an lighter week on work hours and miscellaneous commitments.....I am really going to have to refocus my efforts.

Well, it's 9:30....and of course, another day with just not enough hours in it. Worked 7-4, had to run to the Sprint store and have them look at a programming problem with my phone, turned out to be nothing too bad and they think it's all fixed now, I'll know tomorrow, Then to the grocery store to pick up a Spaghetti Squash for dinner. Made Spaghetti Squash with Marinara sauce full of veggies with a little Parmesan and mozzarella on top.
Totally forgot that they were bringing in pizza for lunch at work, and although I don't normally eat pizza, I had a slice and a half with everyone since the celebration was partly for me. Calories were a little higher than I like, mostly carbs.....but still within limits and fiber and calcium were good. Also got the rest of the mini pies done and the living room carpet shampooed where one of the cats did a no no and some fruit cut up for the weekend. Tomorrow is work again 7-4 and then in the evening (change of plans) we are taking my sis for her birthday dinner at Dog N Suds....Sunday, church, picnic, and then FPU and try to squeeze in a little more time with my sis. Better get off the computer and get some sleep or I won't get any fitness in tomorrow - my am workout was all that I managed today too. I miss having time for a nice long run and I'm not sure when that is going to happen.
If any of you know how to pack more time into the day ... PLEASE ...let me know!

I almost never stress eat, and when I do, I usually make pretty healthy choices or if I choose something not so goo, it's only onbite, but today was a LONG dsy at work and I hit the door eating. None of it toooo unhealthy (thank goodness, or it vould have been worse), a taco salad - with chipotle bean burger crumbled and avocado and salsa for the dressing, then a 100 cal bag of popcorn, 100 cal fudsicle and I thhink what really threw me over the top was the Kashi protein crunch bar. Now, I know that in and of themselves none of that was too bad, but all of that on top of my other food today threw me ober in carbs - 125 calories over....I've been over calories before, but usually because I planned a splurge, not just because I couldn't stop eating.
Oh, well, tomorrow is another day, and I think I better get to bed before I make another rip to the kitchen. Besides, the extra rest may do me good, and then I can get up early and get some extra fitness in.
On the upside, the salad was great - think I'm going to have another for lunch tomorrow.

Well, just a quick not, hope I don't send anyone on a feeding frenzy, but I am just getting ready for bed and had to jot off a quick blog. I was supposed to be off work at 5:30, but they asked me to stay late, and I need the extra hours...so.......
Since I thought I was only working a short shift and that I wuld be home for dinner, I only packed 20 cherries, a 1/2 cup of quinoa w/ 1 1/2 oaz chicken breast and a pineapple ring to eat for today....(beside what I already had for breakfast). I knew that wasn't going to get me through a full shift, so at luch, I went to Pockets. All I have to say is..............Yummy! Okay, one more thing, and good for you too!!! The 1/2 Pocket sandwich is plenty big enough for a meal and I had the veggie low cal tonight - 261 Cal. 3g fat 50 carb, 6 fiber and 10 protein... and they are SUPER FAST!!!
Check them out on line, they also have their complete nutritional info available....they have 1/2 and full pockets, salads, soups and calzones - 13 different dressings, 6 of which are low or no fat with 5g or less of fat!
WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT IT! DELICOUS AND FAST FOOD AND NOT UNREASONABLY PRICED!
