Good morning day twelve. Aaahhhh, a "day off", no work, no church, no other scheduled activities. Today has been officially declared a "ME" day. I am going to catch up on e-mails, laundry, communication with friends and get all my nutrition and exercise done - at my own pace today. Got a great dinner planned with enough leftovers for another day, so that should help take the "rush" out of at least one more meal this week. Also, got to change up my breakfast this morning, since I had time to think and plan something new. What a treat!
The weight really is coming off. Of course, not at the pace it did the first week, but there is still progress. M fitness, though not at all where it should be, is also improving gradually. That's where I need the most determination and motivation. So far, I've lost 7.5 lbs, and daily I am able to do a little more and with less difficulty on the fitness end. My weak knees are holding me back quite a bit even though I wear a brace on the worst one. I'm going to try to change up my cardio today to give the knee a little bit of a break.
Overall, I'm quite happy...now just to keep the momentum going.....

Day, eleven...is starting out at a brisk pace, as was all day yesterday. I got so busy yesterday, I didn't get all my nutrition in...in fact I was lacking in cals, carbs, protein and FAT. Not good...things will slow up this afternoon, so today will be better. My fitness program is starting to come along though. I got in forty minutes of cardio yesterday. It was broken u into two sessions, but I got it done! I'm even making myself get up extra early to do my stretching tape each morning. That's quite a task as I rarely get eight hours of sleep. I need to work on that. I also didn't get my reading done and that HAS to change. Well, I'm off and running for the day. Look for a recap tonight. I hope I do better today.

Woo Hoo, it's secven thirty, I'm up, finished stretching, devotional done, 15 mins of cardio (got to do strength and more cardio this pm). coffe made, and a couple glasses of water done. Time to get ready for work. Something is wrong with my computer USB port - I'll have to take it into the shop, I really hope I won't be without the computer too long. I don't know what I'll do without it. Got to go...more later.

I thought yesterday was busy...ha...that was just prep for today. This is the first time I've had to sit and actually have a little me time and it's not much. Still need to read(two books 10 mins ea., do Bible study(20 min) and get to sleep at a reasonable hour to get up early for work. I'm going to have to get up an hour earlier than usual to do my stretches, exercise and cardio-got NONE done today. Believe it or not, I kind of missed it. Not alot, but it's nice to have the time to do that for myself and it seems to help me sleep better and puts me in a better mood for the day. In addition, it's going to be another busy day, so I need to have my nutrition plan in order and that's not happening tonight. So, I guess tha's it for today. Nutritionally, I did okay. Stayed within all my guidelines, and drank my water. Tommorow, I need to do that and get back on the fitness bandwagon. Wish me luck, or determination, or grace...or all three.

Wow! Busiest day for me since I joineed Spark People. It took a little planning, and I'm still getting couaght up with friends and reading etc. etc. etc., but I stayed pretty well on course. Only really had a snack for luch and still have a snack to go tonight before bed (I know it's bad, but I'm still on plan and I deserve it.) I even planneed in one slice of pizza for dinner - boy it was good. Tommorow really isn't much lighter of a day schedule wise and then Monday I work and then have a meetin Monday night. Oh, well, I guess this week's lesson will be how to stay on track while on the run (no pun intended). Guess I need to get another glass or two of water in since I just finished cardio/stretching and get a little reading done while I rehydrate. This gives a whole new meaning to multi--tasking.
