Aaahhhhh, made it through the week. I didn't go quite as nuts as I normally would have, but then again, I'm learning to not set unrealistic goals and expectations of myself. For the most part, I got my rest, made time for my daily devotions, ate within all my guidelines everyday (except yesterday) and drank my water and took my vitamins and wore my seat belt....but the fitness really suffered. That and staying in touch with all my Spark friends. So, that is the goal for this week. To get caught up. I started this morning, but didn't realize how far behind I could fall in just one week. It may take another day to get all the emails and Sparking caught up, but the fitness may be another matter. I seem to be farther behind than just a week...and it's just one month till my 5K, so I'm really going to have to knuckle down. Today was a fiasco running wise. I'm hoping that I'm just a little sluggish from the holiday and the extra rich eating. It's going to be alot of work to get caught up and I know that I'll be extra hard on myself until I do, but the services this weekend were worth it! I even managed to sit down after dinner with the company and we all enjoyed a movie together...and that's something I rarely do. But enough of that for a while. Back to work tomorrow and hitting the fitness hard this month. Keeping the eating under control isn't so much an issue, so I'm making the fitness and staying caught up on staying in touch my goals for the month. Let's see how well I can juggle these balls!
