Work is winding down for the winter break, It can be hard to establish workout or eating habit when your work schedule changes every semester. On the other hand, it's a great way to make a fresh start.
Many of my friends talk about working out "if I can fit it in" as if you can force a piece that doesn't match into the puzzle. This fresh start gives me the opportunity to build the workouts and healthy eating into the plan from the ground up.
