after reading chapter 3 of the book I am getting better at defining my goals. I have reset them online. I keep a place on the wall inbetween the kitchen and the bathroom to remind me of my goals and how far I have come. This month has gone quickly I bought the SP calendar 2 months ago. I am about to turn to another month. I have changed what I keep track of on the calendar too. I keep track of my points, pounds, money in my check account, and exersise minutes. I am trying more to keep my life in balance and keep up with good habits. My weight is about the same but my XL clothes are getting pretty loose. So I hope that means I am gaining muscle. I would like to walk more outside but I have seasonal allergies. I take the least amount that will do the job and stay inside most of the time. I need to work on the 10 minute exercise everyday. I ordered another dvd and it should be here anyday now.
