problem goal

My main problem lately I guess has been excuses. The last few days had pms and only did the basics and laid on the couch all day. I have not been walking outside lately because of risk of sunburn, mosquitoes and the worst yest my allergies. The pollen has been way too high. I guess I need to ptoblem solve and work around it. Like on the Biggest Looser this season it is no excuses. I will try to do better tomorrow. emoticon

    I could have written this blog, do you live in Florida? LOL
I have a treadmill so not being able to walking out side is no excuse for me. I have been waking up with an headache for the past few days, its really annoying, get up take Advil & allergy pill, feel like wanting to sleep the rest of the day. I am forcing myself to get out and walk my 3 miles, but its every other day this week, usually Its a lot more. Walking the dog can add up to almost 2 miles a day for me. I use Map my Dogwalk to track it. I found out I was adding like 10 miles a week just walking the dog! Its not a fast walk though.
Tom is due tomorrow, been cramping for two days though. So I feel crappy, no energy. Hopefully the allergies will pass fast, TOM will eventually go too.

Just keep going!

    For Cramps--take it easy it's only a few days
Allergies--antihistamine>Bug bites--Off bug spray

You need some type of exercise or you won't lose weight. Plain and simple. Start small and add a little each day.

I notice you're on my bipolar team. How's that working out?

    Chalk up the past to learning and focus on the future.. Just remember that you weren't happy with your decision to be on the couch and get outside even if its just for a little while. Of course I wish I could take my own advice too! I had big plans for last night and ended up sitting watching The Voice! Today I brought my gym clothes with me to work so I can stop on my way home. I just know if I go home first I won't go back out to get to the gym. Good Luck!

focusing on goals

after reading chapter 3 of the book I am getting better at defining my goals. I have reset them online. I keep a place on the wall inbetween the kitchen and the bathroom to remind me of my goals and how far I have come. This month has gone quickly I bought the SP calendar 2 months ago. I am about to turn to another month. I have changed what I keep track of on the calendar too. I keep track of my points, pounds, money in my check account, and exersise minutes. I am trying more to keep my life in balance and keep up with good habits. My weight is about the same but my XL clothes are getting pretty loose. So I hope that means I am gaining muscle. I would like to walk more outside but I have seasonal allergies. I take the least amount that will do the job and stay inside most of the time. I need to work on the 10 minute exercise everyday. I ordered another dvd and it should be here anyday now. emoticon

This morning when I got up , the numbers went down. I am still eating more fruits and veggies. Drinking water. And mostly exercising 10 or more minutes, that is except today. The weather is wet and rainy. Not good for my allergies and good for the mosquitoes. So for the next few days until the weater clears I am exercising in my living room concentrating on my diet. emoticon

Finally after my weight has gone up or stayed the same it is finally going down. I am concentrating on my fiber fruits and vegtables. I am drinking 8 cups of water. I am concentrating on 10 minutes or more of exercises a day. Hope it works. emoticon

spring cleaning and orgainizing. Finding things I need, and don't need. A little exercise, plus I feel better when things are clean and I can find what I need. I don't get all frustrated. Going to do a lot since the weather is hot, my allergis and mosquitoes will be coming. So mostly inside activity for me for the next few months. I will get out occasionly. I need my VitaminD. emoticon
