I am very wary of diet pills I feel that the majority of them are probably not very good for you, even if they do help you to lose weight. ![]()

I am a Certified Nutritional Coach and the only way to keep the weight loss off is to lose the weight slowly, eat balanced meals, NEVER SKIPPING, and learning with the help of a coach if that is what it takes to make it become a healthy life style the rest of their lives.. Anyone who tells me they can lose weight by restricting calories and giving up many foods they actually like is in for a big disappointment if they think they can restrict themselves the rest of their lives.. You actually need to lose fat and not muscle , muscle revs up your metabolism, some weight training with moderate cardio works, For every Lb of muscle you have your body burns 50-60 calories a day I feel bad for her Check out my web site for more info www.balancedwaynutrition.co m Report Inappropriate Comment |

You are not the only one. Diet pills do not a healthy lifestyle make even with a Doctor's supervision. The medical school student who graduates at the bottom of his class is still called Doctor. Report Inappropriate Comment |
