I am slow at doing this - want to be real sure first.
I really need to start exercising - I have decided to first work on the dreaded belly fat - lose some weight by walking, cardio, burning calories that way. I will then work on toning on the weight machines at the gym. I will get used to the idea then I will plan out which machine and what to do. I decided it would be best to change it up that way - starting slow but will be steady.
I have already lost 3-5 lbs depending on which scales I go by - I am seeing progress in my clothes fitting better and I am less short of breath when I walk - it is working...
