So far so good. Slept well last night. Got up this morning did some cardio and strength training. Got up and moved more during the day instead of staying glued to my desk. In the afternoon the "I need something sweet" hit me. I tried to ignore it but it didn't work. The resolution? Took a break, walked to Fresh and Easy bought dried fruit, walked back to work and ate few pieces. Sweet craving nixed!
So the tour is on it's way and going well. Today was also day two without my daily diet soda at lunch. I know that doesn't sound like much but for me it's huge.
I have the day off tomorrow which would normally mean no working out. But since the tour is in full swing, the workout will commence. Then off to shopping with Mom.
