I have been maintaining my goal weight range of 140 plus or minus 10 pounds since reaching my goal weight of 140 August 19,2009. I currently weigh 146.3. I started at 260 in March 2008. This I remain proud of. However, yesterday my daughter asked me was I going to workout in the garage again. This usually means she wants to tag along for my evening workout which I love her to share in fitness activity with me. I replied yes probably in a little bit after finishing my chores. She then said "You really should because you are a little chubby". I could not hardly speak to her the rest of the evening because I was crushed. I know she is only 7 but she has no idea of how hard I work to maintain my weight. I was not overweight until my late 20's and not obese until my early 30's. But I am at a healthy BMI and will be 40 this year. I hope that she never has to work so hard to maintain a healthy weight. Have a great evening!
