I've completed two weeks on the new plan, and things continue to go well. I was down 2 pounds this week, which is right where I want to be. I ate within my calorie range every day, and got in some great workouts. If I can continue like this, I will be really pleased. And I know I can do it! If I can do two weeks, why not three, right? So on to another successful week! Have a great one!
