Had to make some changes in my action plan as I'm back in the game to lose those last few pounds 15 to 20 pounds. Plan is to weigh down the road at 135 with my clothes on That's how doctor office weighs me in, clothes weigh about 2 to 3 pounds.
Had been focusing on strength training as I wanted to reduce body fat % and was no longer worried about pounds. Cardio is the only thing that brings the scale down for me. With that said strength training will be 2 days a week Sunday & Thursdays . Have my exercises planed out for which gym I will be at - will be a total body workout. Cardio will be Sunday Tuesday Wednesday, & Thursday and if I can squeeze a cardio session in either on Monday or Friday I will jump at the chance to do so.
Seems reasonable I don't go back to the doctors until December 12th I should be at least 10 pounds light if not at goal weight. I'm off to a good start so far I'm at 147.6 to 149.6 ( was 150.8 to 152) with out and with clothes. Right now as my work hours have been cut I do have more time to squeeze in more workout.
I'm sticking with my maintenance teams as its not a big weight difference from my goal range weight.
I have been weighing & measuring & tracking all of my foods Sunday being a rest day from logging my foods.
This is my plan to get me to 135 then I'm sure I'll be tweaking it once again.
