1. Skipped exercise today. My legs were aching all night which kept me awake most of the night. My husband massaged my legs this morning and I am feeling much better. I think I needed to walk around more yesterday afternoon and did not realize how much my leg muscles were contracting from all the squats and deadlifts I did yesterday morning. More walking is planned for this afternoon to ensure I keep my muscles warm.
2. Overate yesterday, but far less than the previous two days. New and better trend emerging.
