1. Skipped exercise today. My legs were aching all night which kept me awake most of the night. My husband massaged my legs this morning and I am feeling much better. I think I needed to walk around more yesterday afternoon and did not realize how much my leg muscles were contracting from all the squats and deadlifts I did yesterday morning. More walking is planned for this afternoon to ensure I keep my muscles warm.

2. Overate yesterday, but far less than the previous two days. New and better trend emerging.

1. Trainer whipped my butt for an hour, but I managed to do all the exercises she set for us. Very proud of this.

2. Still hungry, but eating is a bit better modulated today. This seems to be winding down.

1. Did my usual cardio this morning. Tomorrow is trainer day, so I imagine I will be recovering from that long into the morning.

2. Did indeed go over my calorie goals for yesterday and have already done it again today. Maybe if I just stop eating for 24 hours the whole hunger thing will disappear.

1. Did a medium cardio today. Enough to be sweaty, but not enough to gasp for air.

2. Already exceeded my breakfast calorie limit and am well into my lunch calories. What the heck? I was so hungry. Hope this stops at morning.

    I hope your appetite was less as the day advanced. I ate a few extra blueberries this AM in my greek yogurt and that triggered my appetite. I stayed the course but still feel hungry when I usually don't have one until late in the day. It must be something in the air. I blowing back to you! Have a great Hump day! emoticon emoticon
