So, I did well at the wedding last night. I skipped the rolls and pasta, stuck to veggies and protein. Six bites of zucchini, 4 of butternut squash, 2 each of chicken and fish. This with my martini put me around 500 calories, so I snuck in a min biscotti with my coffee. I have to admit, I felt I had eaten enough, danced so much at least some of this must have been used up before I left, and I went home without guilt.
Went to the gym this morning and did weight training and cardio.
I am such a good girl.
