I woke up this morning to discover that I had been Voted Motivator of The Day! I was blown away by all of your Comments, Spark Goodies, and SparkMails. In so many ways I do not feel that I am worthy of all I have received today. But the one thing that I want to say to all of you is that YOU are why I am here. Right from the first time that I Logged On to this site I have felt Encouraged, Supported, and Empowered. Without the Unconditional, Constant Support of my SparkFriends ~ And My 'Real Life' Curves Friends And Family ~ I would not be here today, and I certainly would NEVER have been considered 'Inspirational' or a Motivator Of The Day.
On the way to my Day Job, I pulled in to "Our" 7-11 to get gas and found a pile of 19 Pennies behind my Car!! Too bad I needed more than 19 cents worth of gas, LOL!!
I got off work a teeny bit early, so I was able to go by the Gym on the way to my EveningJob and jump on the Elliptical for 30 minutes (2.27 miles!!).
Tuesdays and Fridays are Very Challenging Food Wise (that is a whole other Blog entirely!) but when I got off work this evening No Way was I going to come home and cook. Hubby met me at Chili's and I had the Guiltless Grill Salmon Platter. Since I 'Just Happened' to have several packets of Green Tea in my purse, I even got to have a healthy drink! I have not tracked my Food yet, but I am pretty sure that I did OK, Calorie-Wise.
It was 24 degrees tonight, but No Way did Gary and I want to miss our Walk to 7-11. We have walked for 10+ Minutes for 277 days in a row!! We found another 13 cents in the Parking Lot, and the clerks had saved 2 Pears for me!! I am not sure that this day could get any better!!

I am REALLY tired of the Wind!! I know that I am lucky that I don't have the low temperatures that some of you do, or the Snow and Ice. I do feel bad for those of you who are having to deal with that.
It was almost 70 degrees here today, but because it was so windy, after work I decided to go to the Gym and ride the Recumbent Bike rather than fight the wind again. I got in 7.29 miles in 40 minutes.
Gary had to work late, and when I got home, it was still daylight. So, I could not resist a quick 20 minute walk. Well, like my SparkFriend 2Kitties reminded me, at least the wind adds Strength Training to my Walks, LOL!!
When Gary got home, he had time to eat Dinner and then it was time to walk to 7-11. I think we were both kind of glad to make it a short walk tonight. And, to add insult to injury, they were out of Pears at the store!!! GRRR!!!!

It is Funny how much I look forward to my Sunday Morning walks. It is hard to believe that I really do walk just because I enjoy it. Maybe something has changed in my DNA? I walked to 7-11 this morning to get Coffee before Church. I really think that I would walk even if the Coffee wasn't involved.
Gary had gone Golfing, and I really planned on a Long Walk at the Park because the temperature was to be in the 60s today. Only problem was that the wind was blowing at almost 30 mph, making it seem A LOT colder than it really was. Plus it isn't any fun walking in it. We should get extra Spark Points or an Extra Calorie burn when the wind is that bad. I only walked 25 minutes in the Park, then decided that it would be Much More FUN to get my Nails done. So....Off to Wal-Mart I went!!
I got home in time to see most of an episode of "Tanked" on Animal Planet. If you aren't familiar with it, the program is about a Family in Las Vegas that builds custom Aquariums. They are beyond anything I could imagine, and I don't even want to think about what one would cost just to maintain. I haven't watched it a lot, but I have enjoyed the episodes I have seen. On the episode today they were in New York to build an aquarium for a Child. While they were there they got to go on a Shark Dive. They were in a Steel Cage surrounded by Full Grown Sharks!! I SO want to do that!! It is the Number One thing on my Bucket List!! I have No Idea why, but I think it would be FABULOUS!!
After Dinner, in spite of the wind, we walked to 7-11--a little over 2 miles. That gave me a total of 10, 997 steps with my Walks. I didn't quite make my Goal of 500 Calories Burned today, but it is a "Rest Day" so I am OK with that.
