OK it is just before 9:30 pm and i am ready to nod off! So I am going to do my thing and go to bed early. My husband sounds like he is coming down with something so hopefully I am not going to following him!! I Have no idea as to why I am so tired. I didn't get up and exercise this morning. I told myself I would do it this afternoon. Well you all know how that goes!! I walked the kids to the library and back then walked the neighborhood but never went back to do the shred.

    So your husband might be coming down with something? I've noticed while keeping with this program that my ability to fight illness is quite good. I bet you'll be fine. Oh, BTW...good job in getting enough sleep!!! emoticon

OK so this is going to be quick because BL is on! LOL
I had a pretty good day today. I did everything I had to do at work. I did really next to nothing at home! Not beating myself up for that. I got my exercise done so I guess I took care of my kids, fixed dinner so I did everything I had to do at home too! LOL I know my dinning room needs to be de-cluttered and my living room needs to be vacuumed but tomorrow is another day!

Day 5

Really!! Seriously!! I tell you what. Jillian is kicking my butt!! I have been on the treadmill 5-7 days a week for almost 10 months for an hour at a time with a 4-5% incline. I thought I could handle this. After the first two days I am not sour anymore but man! I am tired! I work out with the 30 Day Shred and then before the cool down I get on my treadmill for a 30 minutes then I do the stretches with Jillian.
I am tired!! I sure hope this gets easier as the month goes on!

October Challenge Day 4

OK - I have had a great day so far!
I got up at 7 and did Shred and walked on the treadmill for 32 minutes. I walked to church and back (about 3.5 blocks). We are going to go to a friends house today for a hayride/bonfire in about an hour. So I am trying to really watch my food intake before hand ;)
So here goes the challenge for today:

October Challenge

What a crazy day!! First I talked myself out of getting up at 6:30 to do my Shred - told myself i would do it this afternoon. Got up when to the Market, came home went to meeting at church from 9 til 1 (nomination committee!) Got home ate lunch then started cleaning my living room (so messy with toys, newspapers and magazines I thought it was to dangerous to do Shred! LOL) About half way through my cousin called said she was in town and could I stop by! Yea!! She no more than left then my sister in law called and said they were on their way over! that was from 5:30 til 8:30, time to to put the kids to bed! Sooooo for my October Challenges this is what happened

Yes - 3. Blog Everyday in October.
No - 4. Do the 30 Day Shred (I have already done 2 days)

Not going to beat myself up for it. I will just do better tomorrow!!!
