Day 21 Ė A picture of an exercise you canít do, but would like to try (and then try it if you want to)

Not only do I want to do yoga, but i want to study it. All the principles behind it. I have tried doing some DVD Yoga but I want to explore the meaning behind it. I want the strength and flexibility and the peace of mind that is YOGA...

Yoga feels great. I've only done it at home with a DVD (Rodney Yee is my favorite)
I have arthritis & a lot of the poses really help relieve the pressure (my upper-back & hips bother me most).
There are various free videos on YouTube, I say take it slow & give it a go!

I hear how great yoga is and how much people that have tried it love it. I think I might like to try it but I can't get motivated to. Doing downward dog with a basset hound slobbering in my face doesn't sound exciting either. You should definitely do it and then report back emoticon

What a great picture, and a fun goal! When I first glanced at this photo my brain processed it as one of those black-and-white icons that you're supposed to scan with an iPhone. But your actual picture is much cooler. :)

Ireland is on our bucket list. Hubby's dad was from Ireland and one point they almost moved back to Ireland when my hubby was still a small child, but they stayed here in Michigan???? Never understood that logic LOL Ireland?, Michigan?, Ireland?, Michigan? I know which one I would of picked LOL

Day 19 - A picture of your nicknames you have; why do you have them.

I have lots of nicknames...with a given name like Elizabeth, it isn't hard to figure out a way to shorten it in some way or another.

Lizzie Borden...you know the axe murder. Eliza, Beth, etch. I could go on and on.
I am going to tell you all about two nicknames I have. One is Lizard. I got this from this little guy...

Surely you remember the taco bell dog! Watch the commercial... you'll get why within the first 3 seconds...

Here Lizard Lizard! LOL Too cute! :-)

The second one is one I have no picture to use for. It goes along with my username.
This story goes WAY back, before kids and when we had money to spend eating out every weekend...we would go out with a group of friends all the time. So much in fact that we used to make a game out of giving the hostess at restaurants our name. This was back when they used to ask for last names and before the little vibrating box they give you now adays...Our friend gave the hostess the name of Chris PP. Well the idea was for her to call

"Pee Pee party of 6" - my apologizes to all restaurant hostess out there!

Well it didn't work. the lady called us "Chris P Party of 6" so I laughed so hard and told him I would forever call him ChrisP!! and I have...that had to be near 15 years ago. So I call him Chris P and he calls me Liz P as the years have past a lot of my friends and even my husband calls me Liz P....and you thought "P" was the start of my last name!

Day 18 - A picture of your biggest insecurity, and the reasons why it is the biggest

I really want to wear a bikini. There I said it. I don't think I have ever admitted that to anyone before.
All of my weight sits in my belly. Well at least it does right now. I will not wear a bikini until there is no more "dun lap"!!!
My biggest insecurity is my stomach. I do my core exercises and I know I can't spot reduce, so I keep doing my cardio and hope that it'll come off and stay off. :-)

Ah! The belly! The belly's 80% nutrition and 20% sweat equity. While you work towards the bikini, try a tankini. They're cute, too!

That's part of my insecurity too!!

I'm incredibly short waisted and any sort of excess weight sits in the VERY short space between my ribs and my hips.

I'll never wear a bikini though. I'm happy to look halfway decent in a Speedo!

I have a belly problem too but I just wear a bikini when I go swimming anyway!

easier to go to the loo in a bikini rather than a one piece.
