I have no control over my eating on the weekends, like I said before when the weekend comes around I have absolutely no routine so I just fall off the bandwagon. I'm gonna have to tell my hubby to watch over me on the weekends even I bite his head off, lol. We went to family's house for late easter dinner on saturday and ate whatever I wanted and same goes for sunday. Today I am going to write a meal plan for my weekends and use that to keep my butt in gear. I was talking to hubby about how badly I ate this weekend and he said it's too early to be cheating on foods and he's RIGHT. it is too early since I am still trying to control my eating and etc. I'm gonna be one B*tchy lady for a while since I'll be cutting myself off from cheating. I am going to just take it 1 week at a time rather than setting a longer term goal for that. I am also going to go to the gym 5 days a week for a month. I do strength training 3 days a week and then I do some cardio but I have limited time in the mornings so I'm going to make Tuesday and Thursdays my cardio days so that way I get enough cardio. I want to incorporate my weekends into my workout but my weekends are too hard to set up a time to get to the gym due to whatever happens friday nights since it's the last day of the week, lol. I usually use my weekends for cleaning my house and laundry too so that takes up most of my time.
but anyways! my goal for the week is write a meal plan for Saturday and Sunday. No cheating for the week and work out 5 days a week.
