Hey everyone who might be reading this :o)
Well it has been an exciting month!
I have really got involved with the community and it has given me back the spark that had been missing.
I inspired my best friend to join and then she got someone else to join, and then others followed, Spread the Spark works!
I have joined many teams this month and joined challenges, in some I did not fully complete my goals, others I did, but what counts is I did my best, no regrets!
I have met some truly wonderful people who have kept me accountable and made it FUN!
In turn I hope I have encouraged others to keep on going and never give up!
Something I have learned is to ask questions of yourself:
Am I happy at this weight?
Is this really what I want?
What else can I achieve and how would I look like and feel when I get there?
Is it worth it?
I am happy with my life, but my weight is holding me back.
YES without a doubt I WANT THIS
I know I can do more and will feel great knowing I gave it my all.
Is is worth it...I AM WORTH IT!
This journey made be hard at times, but it does get easier and everyday that we complete our goals, whether it be exercising for 10 minutes or an hour, staying within calories or drinking water is a day to be proud of.
I am proud of what I am doing, my husband is happy that I am doing what is best for ME and my friends are supporting and joining me along the way.
Summer has officially arrived in Europe it will soon be warm enough to swim n the sea!
The sky is blue and the weather is beautiful.
All I have is today.
I can eat healthy today.
I can exercise today.
I canít change yesterday and tomorrow isnít here yet.
All I have is now.

Well another week gone and the yo yo continues!
I have done all I can this week to eat right and exercise everyday (except Sunday) and apart from feeling totally drained today I had almost nothing to show for it!
Started the week at 158.9 ended on 158!
03/17 - Calories 1172, Water 10, Exercise 50mins (5 mins Bike, Power90 Sculpt, 15 mins Walk)
03/18 - Calories 1181, Water 8, Exercise 60 min. (5 mins bike, Power90 sweat, 25 min walk, 100 abs)
03/19 - Calories 1123, Water 8, Exercise 120mins. (30 mins stationary bike, 30 mins Power90 sculpt, 6-Minute Butt Blasting Workout Video, 15-Minute Ball Workout Video, 15-Minute Desk Workout Video, 20-Minute Resistance Band Workout Video, Step-ups 4 mins)
03/20 - Calories 1279 (within range for once!), Water 10, Exercise 60 min. (30 mins bike, Power90 sweat, 100 abs)
03/21 - Calories 1190, Water 9, Exercise 45mins (15 mins Bike, Power90 Sculpt)
03/22 - Calories 1448 (my highest of the week!), Water 8, Exercise 60 min. (30 mins bike, Power90 sweat, 100 abs)
03/23 - Calories 1125 Water 8, Exercise 0 (Sunday is my day off)
As some may notice 5 out of 7 days I was under 1200, but as it's a minimal amount it shouldn't make THAT much difference.
Right now I feel as if this month, what's left of it, has been a complete waste of time and energy.
March 1st weighed in at 159.6 so a MASSIVE 1.6 pounds lost for 3 weeks hard slog!
Haven't taken measurements yet as I am bloated due to TOM.
I know the exercise is good for me, but I think I might just ease off for the next week and start fresh again next Monday (Beginning of April)
On a brighter note, the weather has been gorgeous, so much so that hubby has been sunbathing most days on the roof!
(It is flat hehe)
Hope you all had a better week and didn't overindulge too much over the Easter weekend, something I don't have to worry about as just me and hubby, so no special dinners or gatherings to attend.
I have added another pic to my gallery of the Blue Lagoon which is absolutely beautiful in the summer. Water right now is still a little chilly for me to go swimming...suppose I could get the wet suit out!
See you next week!
I did REALLY enjoy this challenge and DO want t do it again!!

Hello to anyone reading this!
Well I am back on track and down 3 pounds this week, which makes up for the GAIN last week.
I am sure it is the change in climate, scenery and just the general feeling of being where I want to be.
I can't explain why I love it here as I do, it's one of those places you either love or hate!
I personally like nothing better than getting up in the morning,
sitting on the balcony looking at clear blue skies, calm blue sea and just feeling at ease.
With the good weather it also gives you that extra "umph" to get up and DO something.
Even a walk along the beach front is refreshing, and gives me some time with hubby too.
Been diligent in my tracking this week, but still struggling to get enough to eat to reach just the lower end of my calorie range.
I'm just not hungry!
Exercising is no problem, I love feeling sweaty lol and feel great knowing I have actually got off my computer chair for at least that hour or so.
Went to the casino this week and the machines ATE my money, but I did win the UK lottery...all £10 of it hehe
Hope you all have a great weekend and you are rewarded for your efforts.
Happy St Patty's day, not too much corned beef!
I'd like to give a shout out to the teams, including becoming a Community Team member, I have joined in the last two weeks who have been very welcoming and encouraging, and also thank everyone who has posted comments on my page.
Thank you ALL very much, it means a LOT to know that we are not alone in our journey to a better lifestyle.
Being a Community Team member means a lot to me, as I hope I can give back to others what I have gained here, support, motivation, not being judged and the overall friendliness of the people everywhere.

Happy Sunday everyone.
Well we arrived safely back in Malta at 3am and although I am from the UK, as soon as I walked out of the airport I felt I was home again.
Apparently it was a pretty miserable winter here, with quite a bit of rain, but we have come back at the right time with the temps supposed to reach around 18c this week.
Good thing I got a new laptop when in the UK, as I was only on the desktop here for less than 5 minutes when the monitor said no signal and then it died!
Will have to take it to the store on Tuesday, as most places are closed tomorrow after elections this weekend.
Then we put the television on and the cable wouldn't work!
Said the card had expired....I paid the bill while in the UK grrrrr.
Went to call them and had no credit on the phone lol
So a great start to the day but now everything apart from desktop is sorted out.
Hope everyone else's Sunday will be better than mine so far, have a good one.
Clocks here do not change until the end of the month.

First week of the month over and I joined a couple of challenges.
Well not a great start I put on 1.6 pounds.
That's just great eh lol, I always advise others to make sure they are eating enough, and what do I do? NOT eat enough!
Been working out like an athlete (well my version of how an athlete would work out lol) and obviously not feeding the muscle, I think they ARE there somewhere, so I believe that explains the gain.
Anyway, I "inspired" two people to join, and between the three of us have our own little challenge, I'm the first to weigh in so hoping they do better!
On a better note, I am off back to Malta tonight WOOHOO!
Can't wait to get back to the warmer, brighter climate and take walks along the beach front.
On to another week with better results.
I am not going to change my tracker until the end of the month, don't want to see the 160's again!!
