  Hi Lizzie
I live in Florida and i am waiting for my copy of the dukan diet book to arrive. The dukan diet is not really hit America properly yet so i am having problems finding stuff out about it.I am starting my attack phase on Saturday and my book wont have arrived by then. Do you know if we are able to have protein shakes made with non fat milk?? I would really appreciate it if you could let me know. You seem to be doing really well on this diet. Hope it works as well for me! Thank you x

    Some doctors do this under supervision but it should not be done in my opinion without it.

Still on the downward trend - Dukan 2 weeks results

The scale is still being kind to me, 1.8 pounds lost this week
for a total of 5.6 pounds since starting the Dukan diet.
Now just under 155.

Not having any problems with carb/sugar withdrawals, been walking every day
and restarted the 30 day shred today as well as 30 minutes on the ellipitical bike...just in bike mode.
I figured that was enough after a 2 hour walk round the bootsales in the heat today.


Now all I need to do is work on getting the right amount of sleep and I should be fine!

Doing the Dukan Day 12

Start weight 160.4
Current weight 155.0

Attack Phase weight loss 3.8 pounds.

Cruise Phase, first 5 days 1.6 pounds

It is also that TOM and it's only the second time ever I haven't gained during
this time, I actually stayed the same on Tuesday/Wednesday which was obviously water retention, so the 1.6 was actually lost over 2 of the 5 days.

Total loss so far 5.4 pounds which averages out at just under half a pound a day!

Looking forward to Saturdays weigh in which also ties in with the Summer 5% challenge, as I am well on my way there as my goal was 8 pounds in 8 weeks.


I just "might" make my goal of being under 140 again by my birthday in July which is about 9 1/2 weeks away.

emoticon need to use more cross trainer/bike......been using it mainly as a bike.

I am definitely going to give the shred another go starting Sunday just have to see how my back feels. emoticon

Whoo hoo--you're doing great!!!! We seem to be doing nearly the same (-5.6 for me...but I had a day head start). I did modify my program a bit, but it's definitely the routine that didn't leave me ready to bite anything that moved in front of me.
