Attack Phase weight loss 3.8 pounds.
Cruise Phase, first 5 days 1.6 pounds
It is also that TOM and it's only the second time ever I haven't gained during
this time, I actually stayed the same on Tuesday/Wednesday which was obviously water retention, so the 1.6 was actually lost over 2 of the 5 days.
Total loss so far 5.4 pounds which averages out at just under half a pound a day!
Looking forward to Saturdays weigh in which also ties in with the Summer 5% challenge, as I am well on my way there as my goal was 8 pounds in 8 weeks.
I just "might" make my goal of being under 140 again by my birthday in July which is about 9 1/2 weeks away.
need to use more cross trainer/bike......been using it mainly as a bike.
I am definitely going to give the shred another go starting Sunday just have to see how my back feels.
