150 total minutes on my recumbent bike, 63 total minutes walking, 22-minute Bodyweight Burn, drank a gallon of water again, and didn't eat as well as I'd have liked, but that's okay. I gained 1.2 lbs this week, but with all the ST I've been doing, I'm sure it's muscle! It will definitely come off this coming week and then some because of what you're about to see!!!

Fruit and Veggie Cleanse
We went to the grocery store to get everything we needed for our 3 day fruit and veggie cleanse. This was our haul. Can't wait till tomorrow so I can start!! I'm thinking I might have to do another one later this year.

2014, Day 190 (7/9)

2 hours total on the recumbent bike, 101 total minutes walking, 4 minutes on wall push-ups (3 on the outside of the house, 1 inside the house), 3 minutes each of bridges (with feet up on the side of the house), bicycle crunches, tricep dips with knees bent, and calf raises on step, 1 minute each of dumbbell hot potato squats and dumbbell shoveling, 19-minute Sizzle Sculpt....drank a gallon of water. Ate mostly well. I'm sore. It's worth it! Mission accomplished for my biggest loser team....30 minutes ST outside. I thought I wouldn't be able to get it done...I proved myself wrong!

136 total minutes walking, 150 total minutes on my recumbent, 22-minute Bodyweight Burn, 15 minutes of strength training outside!!!! (3 minutes each of tricep dips with knees bent, wall push-ups (on a tree), bridges (with feet on same tree), calf raises on step, and bicycle crunches). I'm going to do those again tomorrow so I can get my 30 minutes of strength training outside to earn an extra point for my biggest loser team. Drank a gallon of water again today. Didn't eat as good as I wanted to but I did lots of extra fitness and had already planned extra fitness so I could eat a little more.

105 total minutes on the recumbent bike, 68 total minutes walking, 19-minute Sizzle Sculpt, 1 minute each of dumbbell hot potato squats, dumbbell shoveling, and wall push-ups. Drank a gallon of water. Ate well. Hoping for better attitudes/behaviors for my boys (and sometimes my daughter, too) the rest of this week. I'm really frustrated right now, but I know that I'm doing what I need to do to teach them how to act and think. I'm gonna keep trying and keep praying. They really need the Lord in their hearts right now. Either way, I CAN DO THIS! I'm NOT giving up!

My computer overheated and shut off on me yesterday so I didn't get a chance to blog. I did 3 hours total on the bike yesterday, 75 total minutes walking, 19-minute Sizzle Sculpt, 1 minute each of dumbbell shoveling, dumbbell hot potato squats, and wall push-ups. Today, I did 2.5 hours total on the recumbent bike, 92 total minutes walking, 22-minute Bodyweight Burn. Drank a gallon of water each day.

    I have a cooling pad for mine, little fans underneath, plugs into one of the USB ports.

Luckily your bike didn't overheat!
