3 hours on my recumbent bike, 2 12-minute miles walked, ate well, drank a gallon of water; I think I've burned off all those extra calories over the weekend! Back to normal tomorrow, I hope!! Have a great week everyone!
4.5 hours on my recumbent bike (to combat some of those extra calories from yesterday and the day before)...no walking since I needed to burn a little more than necessary. Ate mostly well and drank a gallon of water. Yesterday's blog was posted before I ate a whole ton of cookies that made me sick by midnight....need to work on my will-power!!!
