120 total minutes on my recumbent bike, 121 total minutes walking, and 25 total ST minutes. Drank a gallon of water today and ate mostly well! I had a rough morning but it got better! Hubby is running his first 5k race tomorrow morning so I have to be up early to take pics as he starts and as he finishes. Next year, I'll be running the race. He'll start training me to run next Spring. Hopefully I'm very close to my goal weight by then, if not already there!
