90 total minutes on my recumbent bike while doing 5 total minutes each of dumbbell triceps kick backs (seated cuz I was biking), seated dumbbell shoulder presses, alternating dumbbell biceps curls, and seated dumbbell triceps extensions. Also did 2 45-sec planks while resting 15 sec after each. Also, 46 total minutes walking/jogging intervals (1st time on treadmill for 20 min., 2nd time outside with no children! It was awesome!!!). I feel so accomplished!!! I tracked that last route and it said 4 mph. That's one of my fastest times! Was gonna add 10 minutes ST for my bum, but it's still sore from the week of hard work for the booty challenge...LOL....maybe tomorrow! I have blood work in the morning and an appt with my doctor on Monday. Hoping my levels are way better than a year ago!!!! Drank a gallon of water again and ate well! I feel great!!!
