90 total minutes on my recumbent bike while doing 5 total minutes each of alternating dumbbell bicep curls, dumbbell triceps kick backs (seated cuz I was biking), seated dumbbell shoulder presses, and seated dumbbell triceps extensions. 2 1-minute planks. 85 total minutes walking/jogging. Drank a gallon of water again and ate mostly well. Doctor's appt in the morning! Have a happy week everyone!

2014, Day 256 (9/13)

90 total minutes on my recumbent bike while getting 5 total minutes each of alternating dumbbell biceps curls, seated dumbbell shoulder presses, seated dumbbell triceps extensions, and dumbbell triceps kick backs (seated cuz I was biking). 2 1-minute planks with resting in between and 13 minutes walking (brother-in-law's birthday so I was at my in-laws today). Ate mostly well and drank a gallon of water again. Have had a sinus headache and stuffy nose all day.

2014, Day 254 (9/11)

90 total minutes on my recumbent bike while doing 5 total minutes each of dumbbell triceps kick backs (seated cuz I was biking), seated dumbbell shoulder presses, alternating dumbbell biceps curls, and seated dumbbell triceps extensions. Also did 2 45-sec planks while resting 15 sec after each. Also, 46 total minutes walking/jogging intervals (1st time on treadmill for 20 min., 2nd time outside with no children! It was awesome!!!). I feel so accomplished!!! I tracked that last route and it said 4 mph. That's one of my fastest times! Was gonna add 10 minutes ST for my bum, but it's still sore from the week of hard work for the booty challenge...LOL....maybe tomorrow! I have blood work in the morning and an appt with my doctor on Monday. Hoping my levels are way better than a year ago!!!! Drank a gallon of water again and ate well! I feel great!!!

I'm getting my biceps and triceps toned now!
