28-Day Bootcamp Completed

Thursday, April 21, 2011

I finished the 28-Day Bootcamp challenge. I have to say that I felt great while I was doing it. I thought my clothes were fitting better and I had more energy. Well, today I tracked my measurements and I found that non of my physical measurements changed except my 1 pound! Why do you think this is? I'm thinking I didn't work hard enough. It was pretty easy to fit in 29 minutes of cardio and 10 workouts just about everyday. But maybe I needed to do more than 1 video?

My next challenge is the Sweatsuite to Swinsuite Challenge. Then I'll try the New You one. If anyone has any suggestions and/or comments, I would appreciate it!

I did the swimsuit one one time...Suggestions? Just be patient, I'm sure the inches will come off. It seems it is one or the other (inches or ounces) and the next week it switches...

Got the job...didn't get the job

Thursday, March 31, 2011

"I haven't felt so confident in a while. I was hired yesterday for my first job in Belgium. Finally after 7 months of being here. And I feel very confident that another opportunity will present itself very soon!
Positive thinking is so helpful and working out has definitely made me feel good and more positive. It really does work! I suggest everyone try it. For one full day block all negative thoughts. If one pops up, switch it to a positive. Tell me how it works out ;)"

This is what I wrote when I had the job. Now I don't have any. I am finding it very difficult to find work here in Belgium. I need to speak perfect French and or have a degree to do anything. Well my French is improving and I have certificates and life experience. Any suggestions about how to find work? emoticon

Thank you! I do feel better. Still have a lingering cough but it's eased up somewhat.
I find lately I am always hungry. Whether I'm sick or not! I think it's my metabolism at work. It's great. And no, I'm not pregnant! Speaking of pregnant, I saw your profile and the pic of your baby-belly! WOW!! Congrats again emoticon

It always seems that whenever I decide to 'get serious' about fitness and eating properly, I get sick! And normally not a sick that helps you lose weight (like the flu) but something where you want to eat! I hope now that we are 5 days later, you are feeling better!
