At least I hope so! What a month it has been. Stress, stress, and more stress. and like many of the people here at SP, I'm a stress eater! Haven't gotten on the scale to see what its done to my planning, but it doesn't matter. Getting back on track.
As to the good things that have happened:
finally finished the sweater that I've been knitting for two months. Not exactly as I was envisioning, but looks good anyway
now working on a pair of socks, and then on to finish the afghan I started last winter.
Been gardening. Added a new water butt, new composter, and have started creating an outdoor kitchen. Late for this season, but will be there for the future. Seeds started, seedlings planted, while old plants have been pulled up and into the composter.
Got up and put in some exercise time this morning, something I've been missing for awhile.
The not so good stuff we'll leave in the past. There will be some ramifications and effects that will be felt in the future, but they are as they are.
What is important now is to get back on track, get back into the groove of caring for myself so I can make the rest of my life the BEST of my life!
