Yes, thankfully that weekend is OVER! What a stressfull weekend it was. Way too much - lack of sleep, bad news, too much to do. Our friend Rose, who just got out of rehab from having a stroke is back in the hospital because her hip - replaced a couple of years ago - is out of position. She's been in the hospital and rehab for the stroke for about a month and NO ONE NOTICED?!?!?!
Our friend Steve is over 400 lbs and recently found out his blood pressure is so high its amazing he's still walking around. Actually, he hobbles more than walks and has had a couple of bad falls this past year. Well, the high blood pressure scared him, PLUS he lost a couple of job opportunities due to his weight and poor physical condition, so gave him so easy WATP videos and some resistance bands so he can begin. Yes, did introduce him to SP, but he's not ready for that for some reason, but is finally using the food journal I gave him for Chrismas AND the pedometer I gave him 3 years ago.
So back to me? Did get some garden work done - Saturday turning the soil in my main beds. Sunday moved in more dirt and turned that too. Then added soil ammendments to all the beds and pots. That required hand watering with non-chlorinated water.
and of course, did some WATP too.
Seeing by my food reports - now that I've finally started tracking food on SP - that my fat levels are still too high, protein too low and my calorie consumption is sneaking back up. Its still lower than the amount of calories I use each day, but not enough so if I want to make my birthday goal of being below 200 lbs.
and now its back to work
