make awesome plain yogurt. thick, rich, not too tangy, organic, no artificial anything. But sometimes we get tired of yogurt! and when you make it, you tend to end up with a lot all at once.
A while back found some yogurt strainers at a garage sale (and I mean over a year ago!) and have never used them. So this morning one pint of yogurt is now out there straining to be yogurt cheese!! Just offering more variety into my meals without added butter!!
this came about as I was looking for a filling, low cal breakfast after my workout, as lunch time is corned beef, boiled potatoes and Bok Choy w/cooked carrots.
