So pumped!!Thursday, March 01, 2012I am so excited! I have lost 15 pounds in two months plus a jeans size :)!! I am really happy with how I am doing I am sleeping better, feeling better, and looking better not much more I could ask for just two months in! I'm well on my way to meeting my summertime goal on 25 pounds by the end of May and my long term goal of 53 pounds in a year. I'm so proud of myself for doing this the right way and being able to stick to it. I'm still having a hard time with the guilt when I splurge But I am dealing with it and I'm a work in progress so that's alright. I can not wait til I am at my healthy weight but I am surprisingly not hating the journey to a new healthy me! I'm out Sparker's have a great day!!!! ![]()

That's totally awesome! I'm super proud of you!! I have to say, I'm a little nervous about getting on the scale next week (Tuesday) to see the results of what I have accomplished this week. I'm shooting for 2 pounds a week minimum. Hopefully I'll make it! Keep up the excellent work!! You're doing great!! P.S. Ok so I weighed myself this morning and I have lost another pound not much I know but I'm still happy about it I have now lost 12 pounds and about half way to my short goal of 25 pounds by may 30th and I still have plenty of time to lose the rest!!! So I'm pretty excited this morning about that!! I may even be able to surpass my goal and lose more before bathing suit season woo hoo!!! Well time to go to work hope everyone has a great Monday!

Congratulations on the loss! One pound at a time is the healthy way to do it and I'm told that if it's a steady decrease, you're more apt to keep the weight off for good! Congratulations - step after step in the right direction! Good thing to have mini-goals as well so you can focus on the small scale. Otherwise it can be overwhelming! Keep Sparking! It won't be Monday for long ...
